Orders

Browse our products, add your desired items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Fill in your contact details, choose a payment method (Store Pickup or Bank Transfer), and confirm your order. You'll receive a confirmation email with your unique Order ID.
You can cancel or modify an order within 24 hours of placing it. Contact us at support@redwhale.ng or call +234 810 020 6555 with your Order ID.
Once your order is confirmed, you'll receive an email with your Order ID (e.g. RW-20260401-XXXXX). You can use this ID to follow up with us. Order status updates will be communicated via email.
Absolutely. We offer same day delivery within Lagos (orders before 3pm) and nationwide delivery to all other states within 1–3 business days.

  • Card Payment — Pay securely online via Flutterwave (Visa, Mastercard & more).
  • Bank Transfer — Transfer to our Zenith Bank account before pickup. Upload your receipt at checkout.
  • Store Pickup — Pay at our Ikeja store when you collect your item.

Yes. For bank transfers, you pay directly to our verified Zenith Bank account. We will never ask for payment outside of official checkout. If in doubt, call us on +234 810 020 6555.

Delivery & Pickup

Yes, we offer home delivery. Orders placed before 3pm are dispatched same day within Lagos. For other states, delivery typically takes 1–3 business days. Orders can also be picked up at our walk-in store at 12 Simbiat Abiola Way, Distinct Plaza, Suite 30, Ikeja, Lagos.
For Lagos deliveries, in-stock items are dispatched same day when orders are placed before 3pm. Outside Lagos, delivery takes 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. For store pickup, items are confirmed upon arrival.
Our store is open Monday–Saturday, 9am–6pm WAT. We are closed on Sundays and public holidays. Call +234 810 020 6555 to confirm availability before visiting.

Returns & Warranty

↩ 15-Day Return Policy

If your product has a manufacturer defect or fault, you may return it within 15 days of purchase for a replacement or full refund. The product must be in its original condition with all accessories and packaging.

All products purchased from Red Whale Systems are eligible for return if they have a manufacturer defect within 15 days. Products damaged by the customer (physical damage, liquid damage, unauthorised repair) are not eligible.
Contact us at support@redwhale.ng or call +234 810 020 6555 with your Order ID and a description of the issue. Bring the product to our Ikeja store with the original receipt and packaging.
Yes. All products are covered by the manufacturer's standard warranty in addition to our 15-Day Return Policy. Warranty periods vary by brand and product type.
